The key responsibilities will include:
General Mailroom administration duties
Relief reception support
Provide administration support to various Divisions
Photocopying and binding
Weekly stationery order and delivery
Ordering of company branded stock
Preparing and tidying rooms for client meetings
Processing and banking cheques
Daily clean of staff kitchen (including coffee machines)
Assisting reception with ad hoc duties as required
