Hi, my name is Ben and together with my wife, we were able to retire early from our full time Jobs about 10 years ago. We are 45 now.

Banks know this and will love to lend you money on real estate. In some cases, banks will lend 95% of the property value. Try getting a 95% loan on shares, art, gold, bitcoins. I dont think so.
Residential real estate has historically and consistenly risen in value over time and will continue to do so into the future.
Its safe, slow, consistent, actually investing in property is quite boring but its very exciting searching, investigating, negotiating etc. But once its set up, its done. Just let time do its thing.
